Tripleplay

Triple Play is our Club’s comprehensive health and wellness initiative created to improve the overall health of members ages 6–18 by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching them good nutrition and helping them develop healthy relationships.

Offered: Year Round

Soccer

Skills, drills and games bring fun and excitement indoors and outdoors. Speed drills in the gym, scoring contests outdoors and weekly games on our soccer field — all provide great exercise, development of agility and foster enthusiasm for this team sport.

Offered: Spring/Fall

Basketball

Members participate in designed practice sessions to experience the fun, excitement and thrill of the sport. Members are expected to listen, learn, work hard, train for skill development and have fun as they progress and compete in contests and games.

KARATE

This popular after-school program introduces kids to karate basics as they participate in related exercises, build confidence, self-discipline and learn key martial arts moves.

Offered: Spring/Fall

PICKLEBALL

The Club partners with local, pickleball-playing volunteers and offers Members lessons on the basics of the game, rules and game time. As students advance and improve, additional court time may be arranged for practice during free time.

Fishing

Our members have the opportunity to fish off docks sitting on our onsite two-acre pond, which is stocked with bass, bluefin, and catfish. Members learn fishing basics, safety, responsibility and patience through our “catch and release” program.

YOGA

From Mindful Meditation to Hump Day Yoga, our kids have the opportunity to practice yoga weekly throughout the year. Yoga helps children develop strength and flexibility, enhances concentration and reduces anxiety.
